Nature-Care-Cameroon, N-CARE is a Cameroonian non-profit grassroots conservation and development organization created in 2008 and legalized as an Association on the 9th February 2011 with registration number: 72/AR/E26/PS/118.

With headquarters in Kumbo, Bui Division, the organization is run by a group of volunteers trained in different agricultural and environmental disciplines, working in collaboration with local communities, smallholder farmers, community water and forest management regimes and schools in the Northwest Region of Cameroon.

N-CARE is seeking to reduce poverty and enhance the livelihoods of marginalized and poverty-stricken populations through economic empowerment and diversification, promotion of improved agricultural practices, biodiversity conservation and environmental management.

N-CARE depends on support from her members, individuals, volunteers as well as international donor organizations.

Our target groups include: farmers, especially women, unemployed youths, single mothers, students, pastoralists, community water and forest management committees as well as local councils.
